Facebook API
Facebook also has many APIs that are available when you are a developer. There is a difference between the mobile and the web APIs, but the rsult is all the same: login, post, share, comment through an external application or website.
Via Facebook Mobile Apps.
Echo Nest API
Since my Bachelor Project for the library of Amsterdam (OBA) the API for music retrieval from the Echo Nest has changed and expanded. So this is again a very attractive participant for retrieving music information!
Last.fm API
Of course there are several API’s for music related webservices, or seocial media services. I will list them here to make sure that I do not forget to use them when I need them.
Via Last.fm API.
Google+ API
After being on Google+ for some time now, it finally announced their first API’s. So call me a NERD but I am happy about it. This means that i can acces information from the Google+ users, and when the ‘circles’ are also accessable from an external application it will anable me to share things from within an application.
